As we do real business so we credit only the received amount in our account (deducting the payment processor's fee), similarly there is no business in weekend days in Forex, Commodities and Stocks in our location.

I no longer have access to the e-mail I used for registration in the system. Can you change the e-mail in my account ?

What we can do in this case is block the account in question and refund all the money invested to the payment systems' accounts through which the money have been deposited. This is done on an individual basis. Most likely we will need to ask you certain additional questions in order to verify your identity.

I click on withdraw, Its shows pending in my MS account but I received funds in my payment method account, what should I do ?
This is due to server communication error between payment method and MS servers. We do audit on such transactions in every month to fix it. However your responsibility is to report such issue via support ticket. After fixing the issue your account may go to negative balance or more withdrawn than earned profit, which is normal.

This is not possible for unverified member. For verified member they can withdraw to next account in same payment method only after the investment is expired (matured) for this you need to do minimum deposit from new payment account from same payment method.
